Shift change happened when we were there and we were forgotten about. Ended up walking out and didn't even get questioned. Terrible service and staff was not helpful.
If I could rate them negative I would. Been waiting over 2 hours for results said they were go send us home and call us with swab results. Hour later still waiting to be released. Didn't even bother to check on my son or his needs. Very rude when I asked questions regarding what's going on with us being released. I get it's it's ER but there are hardly any patient's here. Maybe if they didn't talk so much they would care for other patient's. Sincerely a patient that should of learned her lesson the first time
