Very disappointed with Banner’s billing practices and customer service. I scheduled a preventive physical and was later charged for an additional office visit without being told that anything discussed or performed was outside the scope of my physical. Billing first gave me one explanation and told me to contact my insurance. When my insurance called Banner with me, we were given a different explanation, that additional services had been performed. Dr. Pearson is always so wonderful. I had to wait a bit but it was not a problem as the nurse set those expectations from the start.
