An exceptional service from Nick and Graham when they collected my car yesterday for resale. Excellent communication, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, a pleasure to deal with you.
This is an old school dealership (by no means meant in a derogatory way) that goes above and beyond for it's customers. Communication both before and after appointments is excellent and you always know where you stand. Courtesy cars are always offered and readily available, which is something that was lacking at the Ford dealership I used previously. The only downside is that Ford have recently seen fit to remove this excellent dealerships ability to sell new Ford vehicles, through no fault of it's own.
My aunt was a loyal customer for years (servicing, MOTs, buying/selling cars) before she died and I can understand why. They are very friendly, helpful, considerate and efficient with competitive prices. They were also very kind to me in sorting out my aunts car. Highly recommended. Thank you team SJ&S!
