My boyfriend scheduled an appointment for me to get a manicure and pedicure at Sidney & Girlfriends Nails and Day Spa on my birthday, today at 10am. I got a text to confirm the appointment a couple days previous and did the confirmation, showed up a few minutes early bc I was really excited!! Then waited for 20 minutes to be told by the innocent receptionist that the manager set up the appointment but wouldn’t be in until noon. She said I would have to reschedule and there would be a discount but that’s a giant NO thank you.... read more
