I had Hair extensions put in two weeks before my wedding. I had to go back in two days later because the sides were coming undone. The hair tech dismissed my concern so the day before my wedding when the hair was completely unattached on both sides I was in tears I then went in to have her reinstall it and three days later, it was completely unattached on one side after a very long battle with the hair tech and the owner. My boyfriend scheduled an appointment for me to get a manicure and pedicure at Sidney & Girlfriends Nails and Day Spa on my birthday, today at 10am. I got a text to confirm the appointment a couple days previous and did the confirmation, showed up a few minutes early bc I was really excited!! Then waited for 20 minutes to be told by the innocent receptionist that the manager set up the appointment but wouldn’t be in until noon. She said I would have to reschedule and there would be a discount but that’s a giant NO thank you.... read more
