I should've written this review years ago. Sidney Cox handles both our residential and commercial plumbing and have done so for about a decade. They have been around forever and are an example of how small businesses should be run. They are fair, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. We use them as an example for our own business for how customer service should be. This is one of the most reputable businesses in Austin and we highly recommend!
Very dependable, communicative and reasonably priced. We have had them out to our house for a couple different issues and they've always finished when they said they would with no surprises on the prices. Highly recommend!
I called yesterday with somewhat of an emergency with my kitchen sink. I had used them in 2021 for same sink- and this was for something else that went awry. At first they said they were booked until Wednesday (6 days out) and then the guy on phone, I believe his name was Paul, said I could text over some pictures of my issue. So they called me yesterday a few hours later saying they could come “now” but I wasn’t home so they came this morning at 8am.
