I truly wish that I could give a great review. However that is impossible. As I was wheeled into pacemaker surgery he never came to say a word to me before I was given anesthesia. It was not important to him to see my face. Or for me to see his. On my first follow up visit weeks later I described to him the issues I was having with the pacemaker. My husband had a heart attack and dr bolch was his attending physician, he made a follow up appointment and when he went in he sat there over 30 minutes waiting, went to the scheduling window where they told him if couldn’t continue to wait (??? For how much longer???) then dr bolch could not see him even though he had an appointment!!! I would give the staff in Caitlin Young's office a zero if I could. After calling and requesting an appointment three times, and being told to just go to Urgent Care, I finally got in. I've been a patient three years, so not a new one. When I arrived I was given someone else's file and told to go fill it out! A huge HIPPA violation. I explained to Ms. Young that her office staff had kept me from getting a much needed appointment, as my blood pressure was extremely high.
