Wonderful experience. Receptionist and audiologist were both very pleasant and they made the testing process very easy. Many questions were answered and they even sent message to our doctor.
Recently had a hearing test at this practice, which was recommended to me by my sister who got her hearing aids there. I knew I had some loss and was interested in the possibility of hearing aids. They confirmed the loss, though unfortunately at present it’s not something that hearing aids are going to help with. The audiologist was wonderful. Very friendly and informative, and explained there range of products and services. Would recommend to friends and family!
I've had 3 previous examinations. None were as informative and genuinely as nicely handled as the one I receivedby the expert at Sidney Audiology. In addition the cost was more reasonable than I assumed. Don't get me wrong, some hearing aids can be more expnsive than the good OTC brands but with my complex hearing problems, any good hearing aids programed with a good chip will cost a bit more money. It will be up to you. I didn't want to be left out any more.
Emmalee is always kind and professional. She makes sure all my needs are met, and I’ve never had any issues with this office. I will always return for my hearing needs.
