Highly recommend, they send out email/text reminders that are very helpful and are very accommodating finding appointment times that are convenient, all the vets and techs are excellent.
These are some incredible and caring people. i trust them, and that's important because our little floof is a huge part of the family. Reasonable billing too :) update... after years I can still say there is very little exception to their wonderfull services.. there's a post below that states they had no vet in an emergency and that seemed to make them HATE this place.. I had my boy in an emergency too, they advised no vet that could help and I found an emergency vet in vic for off hours needs. This is horrible that this com... read more
