Ernie came out to evaluate our roof problem on our patio that was caused by a previous construction company. He suggested some options for repair that included foaming the room (very small flat roof), however, he was confident that the leak was caused by a poor job of caulking areas that could easily leak. He assisted in sealing the area with an industrial caulk and provided suggestions for me to further water proof the stucco which needed painting. I found their office to be a bit disorganized, and just an FYI, they automatically place everyone on a Preliminary Lien Service notice, which was an unpleasant surprise to us, since we were not disputing our bill, but apparently their protocol. Had a small repair job recently following damage from a fallen tree branch. The job was done perfectly. Looks like new! Siding, Roofing and Windows in King of Prussiaalso did all roof work at my home 5 or 6 years ago. I was also very happy with their work at that time.
