We asked six companies out and only a couple of them by their to follow up with a written price for sighting replacement. These ones did, and it was itemized properly. The work matched that paper exactly in the job is done. It isn't complicated and yet most of them can't manage it
The remarkable thing about all this is that nothing about it was memorable. It got booked, it happened, it finished, and the house looks right with new siding. That is genuinely what you want from a contractor, and it is apparently very hard to come by. No stories to tell and nothing to complain about.
Got a few quotes and this crew was the most upfront about the whole process. They talked us through the timeline and what to expect before starting. The crew arrived and did the complete siding job over about a week, kept us in the picture the whole way. House looks fresh now and the experience was smooth start to finish. No surprises which is all you can ask for.

We had a serious problem with rotted siding on the back of the house after years of bad gutters.Johnny did a full year off plus new gutters in the same project.found a couple soft spots in the framing that needed attention before the new Hardie went up.weve had two big storms since and zero issues
