Beware and run from this business. There are ethical businesses out there and this is not one!! Jim Johnson does not stand by his commitments even when in writing, and has unethical business practices. I had a contract with Jim and put the required deposit on my credit card. When reviewing my statement I found a second $3800. transaction had been processed unbeknownst to me! When brought to Jim he made up a reason and offered me $400 for interest I would pay on the second charge. I accepted it as my job was already past due ... read more

Stay away is right!!! The owner Jim is rude with no care of his clients. Though he bought the business 6 years ago I guess all the money spent replacing roof, siding and windows 17 years go doesn't count as my very expensive bay window is rotting away already. after having two local carpenter saying the same thing. that they were never sealed. Poor workmanship and terrible customer service. They dishonestly installed a inferior version of the patio doors we had ordered, installed them incorrectly, and when we asked them to remedy the situation they dragged their feet, ignored emails and calls for over a year until we took legal action. Finally had another contractor (Woodland Windows) re-do all their work. We ended up getting a better product at a cheaper price. Beware of this company and their owner, Jim Johnsen. We had windows installed and they were installed improperly. Little or no insulation around windows. Patio door handle broke so we could not lock our door for months. Jim Johnson said that once the weather got nice enough they would fix our windows, door and insulation problems. We had been dealing with this issue for over two years.
