Beware and run from this business. Owner, Jim Johnson doesn’t stand by his word, written commitments and has unethical business practices. I provided my credit card for the required deposit. Unbeknownst to me was a second payment processed which I discovered when reviewing my statement. I informed Jim of this unauthorized charge, he made up a reason and offered me $400 for interest I would incur, which I accepted since my project was already late starting. Don't waste your time with these guys. I've had 2 appointments scheduled with them. The first was cancelled because the guy was running late at a previous customers location. The second, which was schedule for today, 3/7/15, I called to confirm the appointment since I didn't get a call the previous day. I was informed by Nick, who setup my original appointment, that he was out yesterday and under the weather, and wasn't able to call me to confirm.
