I've had a garden service a couple of times and ive paid them thousands over the past 18months. He is expensive I booked him for a service and they stipulated 9am on the day. For me a professional would call if they can't make it..At 1015 (after several texts from me) his son finally called and said they had started another job and they'll be late..i was told 1pm..needless to say, no show, no call.. i found another service with reasonable quotes.
