SIDI was recommended by our architect for our renovation and started construction in Feburary 2022. From managing supply chain issues following COVID and accomodating multiple additions and tweaks to the build, SIDI did a great job bringing our plans to life. Corey and team take pride in their work, are approachable and were happy to help with any issues well beyond the handover period.
As a residential neighbour to a commercial construction site in Binnar Ct Erskine, I just want to say how considerate SIDI were to come around and inform all adjoining neighbours of the work they will be completing in the near future. We were told both in person and in writing. I dearly wish contractors with noise, dust and early starts would do the same. If we know how long we have to suffer through these things, it just makes it bearable and we can plan around it. So well done and thank you SIDI for your consideration.
Sidi Construction came to our aid after we had to sack our first builder for being totally shonky and we lost 8 months in our renovation. Corey was fantastic in picking up the ball and firstly got our demolition completed quickly and properly. Secondly, through a 3rd party draftsman recommended by Corey, Brett helped rework and improve our plans in record time. Corey and the Team at SIDI were fantastic from start to finish. Starting with in house architectural design and drafting, estimate (costings), supply and construct. SIDI supported my tight budget in this tough market, with a bespoke one off designed contemporary family home.
