Gave up smoking in 2010 with Dr Sidhu's hypnosis. I had tried EVERYTHING to quit. This worked for me, my mum, and my aunt! 15 years later we are all still happy non smokers! Best thing I EVER did! Changed my life! I remember at the time I had to have one month of no drinking to do Dr Sidhu's method and that was hard for me. And now I'm a non drinker too! I'm so much healthier and happier than I was back then! So grateful! :-)
