I wish I could give it a negative rating. Better go to an urgent care rather than being a patient here. I booked for an appointment 3 times in a month and the Dr. Shvinder Sidhu never called me. I wanted to have my blood work done and never got a call. Receptions - don’t know customer service or basic ethics. Don’t visit here people!
Honestly I don’t want to give one star. Dr K Sidhu is amazing at what he does. However the receptionists at the front are extremely rude. They have zero respect for you. They have no manners. I’m surprised that he would have someone like them working in the front. The older lady that always answers the phone is very slow and doesn’t understand half the things you say to her. I highly suggest Dr K Sidhu reevaluate these ladies.

I’ve tried multiple times to book an appointment with Dr. Sidhu Kanwar, and while the doctor may be good, the front-desk experience is unbelievably unprofessional. Each time I called, the receptionist picked up the phone and immediately put me on hold without even a greeting or explanation.
