Have taken car in for auto wash 3 times and received sub standard wash, streaks down side of car and rear. Basically had to take it home and wash it again. After the second time I rang support number and received no answer, no call back. The third time I went in, I assumed someone had looked at it as there were new payment details where you pay. Exactly the same, sub standard wash. Paying $14 for a wash an taking your cat home to wash it yourself is unacceptable

I have used this car wash many times, happy with the result. Took the car in today and was appalled at the quality. The car came out very dirty. Better lift your game. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

It is a good car wash, but I'm pretty sure after reading all all these comments, the auto car wash is not so great. I had to pay twice for the auto car wash to start working. I am not sure what the refund process is. I don't think I would be using the auto car wash if this continues like this. - Update - Got a call from them, explained the reason why the auto car didn't work. It is a good car wash, but I'm pretty sure after reading all all these comments, the auto car wash is not so great. I had to pay twice for the auto car wash to start working. I am not sure what the refund process is. I don't think I would be using the auto car wash if this continues like this.
