The Dr's office staff is a nightmare to deal with, if you can ever get them on the phone. I have waited more than an hour on hold, only to get disconnected.
The office manager and medical assistant are rude and difficult to get a hold of. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and go someplace else. It won't be worth it. Believe me.
He misdiagnosed my husband with IBS which was actually stage 4 cancer.
My colonoscopy is scheduled and the staff will not send my prescription to the pharmacy. How hard is it. I have called numerous times. Even went in person. They told me to my face that they were sending in my prescription to cvs. Did nothing. Might have to cancel my colonoscopy. And there is no way for me to tell the dr this is happening with his staff. Horrible.
