Best gastroentoroloist that I had, highly recommend him, the office is very professional.
Doctor was so nice and polite. Everyone from the office made me feel welcome. I heard a gentleman came in without an appointment and they made an exception for him to accommodate him and I just felt that was so nice of them. Waiting time is very reasonable. I spent a total of 1 hr 40 min for my second appointment but only 50 min for my first appointment.
I was happy with the service and treatment during our visit. The doctor explained the plan clearly, and his assistant who interpreted in the room spoke excellent Spanish—no Spanglish, which I really appreciated. I didn’t catch her name, but she was tall and tan, super kind, and professional. Later, when I had questions, the assistant giving us our paperwork didn’t know the answers, so she brought the interpreter back. She explained everything again patiently, without any frustration.
