As an expert in HR management and customer service relations & operations, I find the systemic breakdown at Providence Gastroenterology and Liver Associates to be an absolute failure in leadership and mission execution. While Dr. Sidhartha Tulachan is an excellent physician, he is being severely undermined by an office staff that is undisciplined, unprofessional, and functionally hollow. I have been a patient of Dr. Tulachan for a few years, and I recommend him whole heartedly. He is very detailed when discussing your health, recommendations on what to do to improve and his professionalism from him and his staff is exceptional.
Dr. Tulachan is a wonderful physician; however, the office staff experience has been extremely disappointing and has negatively affected my care. I had my appointment on 11/19 and am still waiting for a necessary medication. I was told I would receive follow-up calls, but no one has ever contacted me. I have called the office at least once a week since my appointment, yet there has been no resolution, and my condition continues to worsen.
