Beware of their billing dept. I was just billed a year a half later from an appt I had in 2024! (its 2026) When questioned they said it was because of my insurance dillydallied and my insurance said it was because of the clinic not updating m. Neither one took responsibility for letting me know there was a bill having difficulty processing. I don't even have that insurance anymore. I don't have access to the FSA to pay that bill. Dr. Brent Lee is a wonderful physician. He is kind, , knowledgeable and trustworthy . I highly recommend him for any GI procedure!
Beware! Unethical billing scam. These people will charge you in excess of published rates. You will get an unpleasant surprise bill. They are rude and arrogant if you inquire about it. Now you know. Use at your own peril if you don't believe it.
I dumped him long ago. He used a laser on my prostate with no medication whatsoever. It was the worst pain ever. Quickly found out what an AH he was. Glad he doesn't hurt any more patients.
Mixed feelings. Good experience and bad experience depending on the department you are dealing with. Good experience with ENT and Gastroentrology department. Bad experience with the billing department. One of the worst is the Pulmonary and Sleep medicine.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Truly the worst practice I have ever been seen at, I don't understand how they are still in business. This office does not put the patient first. Dr. Williams is an absolute bulldog and bully, not willing to listen to the patient whatsoever. This office does not do anything that they say they will do, they go behind your back and test for things that you had opted to not want to have tested while pregnant. Dr Marr ultimately led to the death of my husband .my husband went in for simple prostate surgery Dr. Marr made a mistake and over the past two years on trying to repair that mistake my husband was left with a urostomy bag and was ultimately going to have a permanent colostomy bag he lost full control of all his bodily functions and after many many surgeries, pain, mental anguish and things I can’t even begin to explain of what my husband went through he took his own life last year because he just couldn’t do it anymore .a... read more
