Our program was looking for van modifications and was unsuccessful to line up a company in the close vicinity. A colleague mention they had used Sidewinder and it was a good experience. Rob, from the moment I called was very informative, took his time to explain what options there were, what may best suit us based on our needs. Clint Ponte was very helpful and was very helpful in answering all my questions about our wheelchair van. I can be annoying at times with all my questions but he was very polite and patient with me. He made sure that all are concerns are answered and that we are a valued costumer. For anyone who is looking for a wheelchair accessible van look for Clint and he will male sure that you are well taken care of. He will ho above and beyond for you. Thank you very much Clint! Clint and the people at Sidewinder provided our family with an incredible and generous gift this holiday season! My husband is healing from stage IV cancer and has lost mobility in his legs from a spinal tumour. I told Clint our story when inquiring about renting a van to take our daughter out for her birthday and he called back, offering a complimentary 3-week rental! Amazing experience. everyone there was super cool and went above and beyond . First ever vehicle purchase where I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. They did things they didn't have to do . Special thanks to Adam . Amazing. If you need a converted van, go to these guys.
A good friend recommended Sidewinder conversions to me. My experience was excellent care from Clint, Rob and Adam. The 2011 Caravan was modified by them originally, and they refurbished it for me. Our son's mother-in law lived far closer to them than we do so she helped us pick it up, she was astounded how new it looked and drove! I recommend Sidewinder highly without hesitation.
