Placed an order 2 weeks ago and they haven't even created a shipping label yet. Just don't bother with them, they'll just steal your money.
Placed an order, they took my money, and I never heard back from them. Money was returned to my account after like 3 days. Clearly they're not operating anymore, so why have a website up and accept payments?
Sidewinder Computer Systems knows how to take care of their customers. I had a small package get lost in my local post office, Gary wasted no time in solving the issue. I had a response within hours of submitting an inquiry. They resent my items, and I received them very quickly and in perfect condition. Placed an order on Friday around 4PM and was wanting them for the weekend. Not only did I get my order on Saturday but I got it bright and early in the morning. Will definitely be purchasing from Sidewinder Computers again.
