Ordered flowers and never received them. Tried calling during business hours multiple times and even left an email but no response. Is this a real business?

Ordered flowers for a family member that were time sensitive. They called the recipient once and my sick family member missed the call. They never tried to contact me and only called her once. The next day there was a storm, despite the local randolph school being open in the morning this business was apparently closed so no delivery. Day three, after me calling multiple times and emailing with no response they were finally delivered wilted and dreary looking. Super disappointed. I asked for a refund and was ignored. I called a little after they opened and placed an order for bright flowers. I understood that the selection was limited due to new flower delivery not happening until the next day, but I needed flowers today and didn't want to go to Shaw's for flowers. I placed my order, gave my card info and was excited to shop local and pick up the flowers when I got off work. I get there and the owner was looking for my order, but found nothing.
