After waiting 30 minutes for just a menu and water, we walked out. The place was pretty busy for lunch on a Wednesday, but the place seemed understaffed and disorganized. We weren't the only ones that walked out during our time there. The food looked good though, so I'd love to come back and try it when the service isn't such a mess, and I don't have only an hour for lunch.

I used to eat here nearly every day because I work in the same building. A couple weeks ago it appears that some new people have taken over and in my opinion it's gone downhill. The philly steak sandwich used to be loaded with perfectly seasoned meat and cheese and the salads were always fresh. Love all the new changes to the SideWalk Cafe. Great staff, great food and fun events throughout the month. View is perfect, a park across the street. And, the patio is dog friendly. Full service and full bar.
Even though we as humans sometimes forget and make mistakes, it's all about how you Handel the situation and how you make that person feel after serving them (in customer service).. even though it was only a cookie, (and I got 2 in the end!)
