Bad customer service, terrible prices, don’t waste your time. Don’t go.
I checked out Side Saddle for the first time yesterday. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The selection is great and their prices are fair. This is my new favourite bike shop in Vancouver.
I went to replace my tire/tube here a while back for quite an absurd price when compared to other bike shops. When they returned my bike back, they put on an extender on the air valve of the new tire. Today I went into the shop to ask for help because I didn’t know how to fill the air in the tire (that they installed).
