Biggest waste of time and money, had to wait an hour to get into the room and another hour and a half after getting the skin testing. Just for the doctor to come in and be so rude and dismissive.
The doctor was quite rude. I was asking questions about allergies and she acted like she didn’t have time to listen to me. Was not happy with her attitude at all.
I recently met with the team for allergy testing. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and helpful. An extremely impressive team who set the bar high for health care! Well done!
I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years, so I’ve had plenty of time to form an opinion. Dawn is genuinely kind and helpful, and Dr. Sideri is knowledgeable and pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. First, the wait times. Every single appointment I’ve had, and I mean every one, I’ve waited an hour or more just to be seen. My experience with the front desk staff, nurses, and Dr. Sideri were all excellent. Was my initial allergy assessment appointment slightly longer than 1.5 hours? Yes, it was like 2 hours, but definitely not egregiously longer than expected. The front desk worker was friendly the whole time to both me and the people coming and going.
