I had an appointment here yesterday April 29 and while I was waiting, I read the reviews and was worried that I would be waiting a long time or that the doctor would be rude but it was the complete opposite. The total duration of my appointment from check-in to departure was about one hour. The staff and Dr. Sideri were very friendly! I am guessing some of the negative reviews here could be for days where the clinic may be running behind on appointments but for myself it was an overall good experience!
I noticed a lot of the same issues at this clinic. Receptionist does not answer or return calls. Receptionist is rude to patients. This can be resolved by replacing this lady with someone that actually takes pride in giving a great customer service. A locked office door and several cameras indicate that they have had disappointed patients prior. I find it hypocritical that the office has a notice that rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated but it’s ok for them to be verbally abusive and dismissive to patients. If I e... read more

Biggest waste of time and money, had to wait an hour to get into the room and another hour and a half after getting the skin testing. Just for the doctor to come in and be so rude and dismissive.
The doctor was quite rude. I was asking questions about allergies and she acted like she didn’t have time to listen to me. Was not happy with her attitude at all.
