Dr. Sideri could not give any conclusions to the condition I had. I did a prick test and she said i didn’t have many environmental allergy issues but then the tests flared up the next day and a week later continued to feel itchy. No response to my calls when I tried to call for help/advice.
Very kind and understanding and clean and safe environment
It seems this clinic has the same overall issues, and they have been issues for years. I was referred months ago (3 or 4) confirmed my appointment weeks ago(maybe even a month) and just got a text today with a 5 to 7 day instruction of medication not to take for my appointment on Wednesday. I apperciate the booking in advance, but the lack of communication and dealing with a automated text reminder is infuriating. One of the worst experiences with a doctor I’ve ever had!! Dr.Sideri is very rude, dismissive, and doesn’t care. I went into my appointment covered in hives. Hives that I’ve been battling for about year… I sat in the waiting room after I got the pricks for about 10mins, Sideri came into the room right away, barely looked at my hives covered arms from a distance, then walked out. A beautiful clean clinic, with wonderfully helpful staff who go above and beyond. The doctor was clear and kind. As unfun as allergy testing can be… they made me feel as comfortable as possible.
