I should have posted this review months ago. I moved into my Sider Bros home last December 2024. As anyone knows, it takes a long time and a lot of money to build a custom home. It was close to 3 1/2 years from our first meeting. Shawn and the entire Siders Bros team deserves this 5 star review. Our story is of four adult children building a waterfront home where our parents spent summers since we were born. Sider Bros was uniquely positioned to embrace our vision of recapturing the essence of the old house in the design phase. The Sider team designed and built our house from concept to completion in 2023 turning our ideas into a home. It was a very unique project on a heavily treed lot that produced some design and logistical challenges. The Sider team excelled handling every challenge in stride ensuring our home would be delivered as promised. The end result is the exact home we had envisioned and we could be not happier. Shawn and his Team designed and renovated several large rooms in our home...first class to deal with and the workmanship was impeccable...highly recommend!!!!
