Bought a Toyota here and had a very good experience. Maroan was very kind and explained everything to me with zero high pressure sales tactics. I wish more places were like this. I will be coming here from now on and recommending all my friends and family here.
From the start to finish, I had a great experience. Maroan was a very low pressure sales person which was great. He let me take the vehicle out on my own for a test drive which gave me my own time to do my own inspection and test drive. The sales process was quick, we agreed on a price, and within an hour I had my own plates on it and I was on the road. The post sales support was also great. Anytime I had questions about the car I would get an answer and receive help. Would highly recommend this auto lot.
Rude over the phone. Didn’t even let me finish before saying “not interested” about my trade-in. No manners and no effort.
