Absolute best warranty there is out there ! Everytime I have needed an issue addressed and fix, it was covered ! And the best part was I was able to rental a rental car while it was being fixed ! Highly recommend and will be purchasing on my next vehicle

Avoid at all costs! Worst warranty service ever! I honestly cannot believe how terrible my experience with this company has been. Never answer the phone.. called over 10 times with leaving voicemails to make a claim for gap coverage and they haven’t answered the phone!
RUN from them, Absolutely horrible, my car was totaled from a driver running a red light into me MORE THAN A YEAR AGO, they are the company under the GAP policy and they kept making excuses about not being able to pay the GAP policy about "discrepancies in payments amounts" for MONTHS, this past week I have called them EVERY DAY and they ALWAYS HANG UP THE CALL WHILE ON HOLD.... they say you are next in line and when you call back after THEY HANG UP ON YOU, the phone system says "2 callers ahead of you" so I'm not even sure ... read more
