Decided to check out sidecar last night for the outdoor patio and 80* weather and I’m thankful I did. Only ordered drinks, so cannot speak much on the food, but I’ve heard the sliders are delicious. However, the service was great. Wait time was nonexistent because our orders would arrive instantly. Our server Will was attentive, outgoing, reliable, fast and always available. Food was good, the service was friendly and fast, but for a sports bar that boasts 9+ TVs, they had the Lions game on ALL OF THEM. when I asked if they could change one of the TVs to a different game, they refused and said "probably not until after the Lions game"...I get it, we are in Detroit, but c'mon! Be prepared to bring your own way to watch ANY other game. 10 points for local team spirit, 2 points for providing a good sports fan atmosphere.
