You pay the full amount, you do all the work the insurance SHOULD be doing, then you wait month and MAY or MAY NOT get some money back. Their customer service is useless. Worst insurance any employer could offer.
Such a terrible service. Stay away and just pay your own way. They don’t cover what they should and their saving grace is that they provide funds on prescriptions that show as less. Makes no sense. The work is on the user that pays a lot of money every month already. You’d be better off just using those funds yourself and get a hospitalization coverage for large expense possibility. Worthless customer service as well. They cover $13.81 for bloodwork, that’s a joke.
Horrible not even really insurance wish I would not have enrolled. If your employer offers this you are not a valued employee.
Sidecar Health sounded like a refreshing alternative to traditional insurance. Transparency, control, the ability to choose cheaper pharmacies and even get cash back… it all sounds great on paper.
