They cover nothing. Not even basic appointments and prescription. Literally money for nothing.
If you actually need to visit a doctor, or god forbid have an emergency, and your employer offers this as “insurance”, you’re almost better off getting your own. Absolutely terrible and should not qualify as any type of “insurance”. Seems great when they do their presentations but falls apart when you actually need it.
Worse insurance I've ever had. Told crap. They talk in complete circles. Never can give you a answer to anything. But want you to write them a check quick as hell
Uneducated staff, don't know their own services/processes even though it's posted in several places on their website. Website: "Labs at Quest Diagnostics® will be at or below the Benefit Amount and are often less than Labcorp, so you may keep the savings. I rarely ever leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary for this. Sidecar Health has been nothing short of a nightmare. It is NOT real insurance—it’s an indemnity plan that leaves you paying thousands out of pocket for medical care. My job switched to this plan, and it has been financially devastating. I now have over $6,000 in medical bills because Sidecar doesn’t cover actual costs like real insurance does.
