I booked my appointment on the app. Appointment was at 515 I arrived at 510. Was told I had to wait until the customer there was finished. At 545 he was finished and when asked my name I was told I was booked with a barber that was no longer there and would have to wait until the next person was finished. I called to speak to someone the next day and left a message but no return call

The young lady I have seen the last two times is so stoic and not friendly. I didn’t feel like tipping her.

Wanted to get my hair cut today, but the staffs attitude was so awful when i called about my appointment that I went ahead and canceled. Might wanna try to be nice to your customers if you expect to keep or gain new ones. I had never been to yalls business and was looking forward to trying it, but not anymore.

Simple fade, should’ve taken 15 min. I don’t even think the guy that cut my husbands hair went to barber school. He sat in the chair for AN HOUR. Another lady had to come keep helping him. The guy faded it so high it was a Mohawk so my husband told him just to shave it all so he left the shop nearly BALD.

I go every month. Always quick and they do a great job.
