Had to get warranty work done on our daughter's Lenovo college laptop. We initially tried going through Lenovo's NA Commercial team, who kept scheduling another company for on-site service, which was a complete disaster involving three scheduled calls where the technician never showed up. Thankfully, I found Sidebarr Technologies, and they were incredible! Nick Bandy and Ethan Brand treated us like we were their only customer. I had some issues with my computer and Malware. I talked with Mr .Lin on the phone. He was excellent, so friendly, helpful and nice. He was able to solve my problem and get the computer running again. He thanked me for using Sidebarr. He is an outstanding tech.
