Went there to get my iPhone 12 fixed and I was told no now I can no longer use that phone.

Every time I call up there with a phone issue, an amazon fire issue, a computer hardware repair like keyboard or mouse issue, or a tablet like Microsoft surface or a chrome book issue, they state they don't handle that. What do you exactly handle then?
