Great sports bar – Great place to watch games! Clean with great food and the cleanest bathrooms in St. Charles! Service was outstanding. We will be back.
See the bar picture. Dirty items everywhere. – I posted a photo here to show the view of the bar. I waited for 10 minutes to get a beer while the bartended was somewhere other than tending to customers. I’m not really sure where she was. When the bartended came to the bar, she acted as if nothing was wrong, and she had been there the whole time. Neglegant on keeping a tab!!! – I had a bad experience with this place on running a tab. The waitress scanned my card but put it on the wrong couple sitting at the table. I ended up paying for mine in cash and paying the other couples tab too. I tried to get my money refunded and they said it was my responsibility since they were with us and I needed to get the money from them. Poor lighting above pool tables and poor service....but clean – Although the atmospher is clean, it takes for EVER to get any drinks. Their are plenty of pool tables however the lights above some of them had their bulbs blown causing shadows while playing. NOT GOOD! Hope that you get a good server...in our case if the server is having a bad night she's going to help assure you enjoy your night.
Avoid celebrating New Year's Eve and any special occasions – Everything started out great until dinner was served. The NY Strip was burnt and they charged us for sour cream on the potato and ranch dressing for the chicken wraps that was noted as part of the meal on the menu. Then we waited almost an hour without any service from our waitress. Eventually we asked for a manger & a bartender came over apologized & offered to buy us a round. Awesome place to catch a game, UFC, have dinner or just hang out with friends. – Very clean and upscale. Not the usual dirty sportsbar that thinks servers dressed skimpy makes up for a dirty place with bad food and service! You've got to see it to believe it.
