Had Mark Schedule a roof replacement on an outdoor shed with tearoff and roof board replacement. Crew did an excellent job and even made some improvements. Price was very fair. I'm very happy with the job and will hire again.
Mark Z and his co worker Mark were very professional. They explained everything as the process was going on. I was very comfortable allowing them into my home. (something you may want to consider when people are working on your home, they may need to use the bathroom). They were very professional and I will call them again for my jobs I cannot handle.
Mark was unprofessional while providing me with a quote which ended up being 10 words in an email. It was over 2 times the quotes we received from 4 other companies as well. To add more information: the bathroom was already demoed and down to the studs. It’s 5’x8’ and we were supplying all materials. Drywall, joint compound, paint, grout, Hardie board, tile, toilet, vanity, all hardware, electrical supplies, etc. The quote was for labor only.
