Taking my blood pressure everyday has changed my exercise habits. I noticed that my blood pressure goes up when I don't exercise. My P.A. that checks in on me has been very helpful too. At my age, Side Health has given me an extra layer of health protection that I'm glad to have.

I've been with Side Health for over six months now. During that time, my daughter was getting married at my home. I always thought I felt very calm and well organized, but didn't realize how much I was internalizing it if it wasn't for Side Health's daily monitoring of my blood pressure.
