Horrible customer service. I simply asked for a receipt showing the service address and gave me such a horrible attitude. They claimed tenant said they didn't needed them no more but they couldn't even tell me if it was a male or a female. Lying about it since I used a home warranty I had already paid them in advance.

I had a clogged toilet and it was backing up into the shower. I found Side City Plumbing and they were able to come that day. They arrived within 90 minutes and was able to clear the clog. I used a coupon and they did not try to upsell me. They were professional , on-time and priced well. I would recommend them and will defiantly use them again

I have to say we were so very pleased and put at ease by the absolute professionalism, drive and confidence of James of Side City Plumbing. He went out of his way to explain and then make his repairs. For senior citizens this is so important. Thank you James.
