We love Alyson! She is very helpful and gives good strategies! All staff we have spoke to including Claire and Bob are also very nice!
So far they have been very helpful to our family trauma that we have been through and my children have had nothing but wonderful things to say about their therapists.
Everyone here is so caring. They have great therapists for both children and adults. They even have an area for boxing and things if your looking for a more hands on approach.
I have been seeing Katie for many many years and I have never met someone who made me feel so safe and validated in my own body and experiences before. While I know all the progress I make in therapy is a direct result of the work I put in, Katie’s empathy, support, and guidance as a therapist has really been a cornerstone in my healing.
