After today's customer service I can see why they are 2.7. I purchased a snorkel kit from them for my son's rzr 200. I did an inventory layout and was missing 1 component. No big deal just call the company you bought it from right. NO after having to call 4 times to finally talk to someone. They told me I was SOL. I would have to call highlifter. Your a dealer for a product stand behind it or don't sell it. Go else where don't buy through these guys.
I have bought a ton of stuff from these folks over the years and have always been super impressed with the customer service and prompt shipping times. Thank you guys!
