I'm very disappointed with the Cleveland office..I have left 2 messages requesting a call back concerning a statement we received and no return call this was 3 weeks ago..also I have a prescription that Walgreens has sent request for approval to refill 2 times and hasn't had a response yet...this is no way to take care of your patients.im over it and I'm going back to my previous doctor in Chattanooga..I'm not aware if Dr Siddiqui is aware of what's going on
