My dad recently had a stroke at age 91 We were prepared for the worst but dr Mehta treated him and I’m happy to say he has full use of his right side which he couldn’t move at all . He’s expected to make a full recovery . I don’t think the outcome would be what is if not for Dr Mehta and St Luke’s. We can never fully express the gratitude we feel toward Dr Mehta and also all the staff at St Luke’s he received exceptional care

My husband had a hemorragic stroke about 6:10 am on January 25, 2025. I recognized what was happening and called 911 and he was immediately transported to Morristown Med Ctr, and thankfully got there immediately. By about 7:30 -7:45 am, his MRI confirmed the stroke and I received a call from Dr. Siddhart Mehta who called me from his car and was on his way to operate on the clot. I’m very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Mehta. From the start, he made me feel comfortable and safe. He has an excellent bedside manner, a great sense of humor, and it’s immediately clear how competent and knowledgeable he is. Dr. Mehta explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and not feel nervous. Highly recommend!

The first time I met Dr. Mehta, he told me not to worry and for the first time, I felt truly relieved. He personally took care of everything: scheduling my procedure, coordinating with other doctors, and making things happen quickly. He is incredibly personable, approachable, and clearly committed to his patients. I had a very difficult diagnosis, but Dr. Mehta made the treatment process feel clear and manageable. I’m so thankful to have had him as my neurointerventional surgeon.
