Showed up an hour late. One of the people watched us move while waiting for the rest of the crew to actually show up. Terrible service 1 out of 4 people were actually working most of the time. I would never invite having these people in your house let alone pay them for their help. They charged over the amount of time they were even there left early before the work was done. Facts- 1-We were not late as this was the 2nd move of the day-we finish one and go on to the next. The best we can do is an estimated start time when it is the 2nd move of the day. 2-One man arrived early to meet the truck and join the crew-he was not on the clock until the truck arrived. Once the truck arrived we began the move. The charges also started at that time. 3- All 4 men worked hard to load our truck, finished loading his rental truck, unloaded our truck all in the span of 4.5 hours with travel time back to Urbanda... read more
