Bought a car with defects. Sent written complaint - still waiting for an answer. At present, their website statements don't match my experience
Couldn't do enough for me while I was buying the car even let me take it before body work was done due to me needing it before the new year and that is where things went wrong. Took about 6 weeks to get a date for my car works to begin then it took over a week for the works to be done. The car then came back with a clinking passenger door, scratches on back and front bumpers and front bumper clips broken meaning it's not attached properly.
