Thought this was a good neighborhood, shortly after found out that someone had bought a few houses and was renting with section 8. The people they rented to defecated in the clubhouse and left X Rated videos playing on the TV. The police are in the neighborhood quite often and the children throw rocks at cars and houses.
Great neighborhood with amenities close to Wilmington. Hard to beat.
