I have decided to never purchase again anything through Sid Savage. We have purchased many items throughout the years, until last week when I purchased an inflatable dancing man that happens to be out of stock, yet they have it listed as available because it is still showing available on their page, I called the lady was very rude very unprofessional.
Terrible customer service. I just called to tell them that there were items missing from my shipment, even though the packing slip said they were supposed to be in this delivery. The guy on the phone told me multiple times that the package weight matches what they would expect it to be (we are talking about sheets of stickers here, $7 of product and cant weigh more than .1lb) and he can look into if we can dispute it with Fedex. Im gonna give them 1 start just because they don’t have less number. But is a very bad company. Never delivery the products on time, they are not honest with customers, and when you call them to ask for it, they are rude with you, and say is not their fault. Incredible!! Im not recommend you this company to buy anything. 0 stars.
I placed an order and was shocked to find that everything was missing from stock — and not a single call, email, or message was sent to let me know. No update, no apology, nothing. I had to find out on my own after waiting unnecessarily. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If you don’t have the items, the least you can do is communicate. I won’t be ordering from here again unless something seriously changes.
Was told since we had ordered the same product before we should get it in 2 weeks now they are saying 6 weeks TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE Loyalty means nothing I will shop elsewhere next time
