I had a very disappointing experience here. The customer service was extremely poor from the moment I walked in. The staff was unwelcoming, rushed, and didn’t take the time to listen to what I wanted. When I tried to explain how I like my eyebrows shaped, I felt ignored, and the result was not what I asked for at all. Do not recommend. NOT clean (reuse thread if you don’t request for a new one). Very rough and slapped my forehead today when she could have asked for me to hold it. They USE to be good a few years ago but customer service is now NON EXISTENCE. It’s like cleanliness is now out the window. The last thing I need to worry about is getting an infection from their lack of common hygiene.
