Horrible woman at reception desk was so rude to me at my first visit. Can't believe he hasn't fired her. When I told him what she said to me and her attitude he went to talk to her then comes back in the room then DEMANDS that I apologize to HER! Incredible! I told him no way in hell and walked out. Patient beware! He'll stick up for horrible/psycho staff. You mean nothing to him but a paycheck.
Dr Pani is simply phenomenal, my doctor is an absolute rockstar! Always kind, patient and provides exceptional care!
Dr Pani has been mine and my husband’s primary care doctor for several years and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of care he has shown us. Dr Pani is very knowledgeable and takes his time to not only give you a thorough exam but to explain results and listen to concerns. It is also worth mentioning the excellent staff in his office, friendly and competent you will leave feeling well taken care from start to finish .
My very first experience walking into Dr. Pain’s consulting office a few years ago was very calming. Beautiful clean office with great polite and professional staff. I knew from that first visit that Dr. Pani was going to be my permanent doctor. Dr. Pani is wonderful and I feel bad for leaving him. I have had great experiences with him, however since he added Dr. Rizzo back into his office, the care of his office staff has gone down hill. The office staff is inconsistent, and not a pleasure to work with. In this day an age appointments should be able to be schedule online versus calling.
