Sid provided me the best service I could ever ask. My car stopped on the highway and I needed a mechanic to help me immediately. Sid came and right away found out that the alternator was temporarily not working and he immediately sorted it out. He even provided a full coolant to fill up the coolant tube which was the main reason why the car couldn’t start. Sid was able to come to the dealership on short notice to inspect the used vehicle, and I appreciate his willingness to accommodate the request. However, I found the scope of the inspection to be somewhat limited compared to my expectations for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). The dealership offered to put the vehicle on a hoist, but this opportunity was declined, so the underbody was not inspected.
