I recently took my 2021 Ford Escape in after the backup camera stopped working and displayed a message advising me to contact a Ford dealer. Since my vehicle is still under a bumper-to-bumper warranty, I went to the dealership to see if it would be worth using that coverage. I was able to get my vehicle in the very next day for service on a recall. The staff was professional and friendly. They told me what they did to reair my vehicle and answered all my questions. The service was quick and before I left, they asked me if I wanted a car wash and then promptly took care of it for me. They also told me about pick up service for future service.
