This place is amazing! Top of the line customer service! Im from out of state, my jeep that I just got in Arkansas was running pretty bad. They had no availability for weeks, but they somehow got me in and got my jeep running great! Overnighted the parts was finished the next day. Awesome people!
Found a used truck on line came into look at it was ignored by sales manager... he told sales person to tell me id be better off selling my truck or going somewhere else.... so I left went to a dealership in Lincoln... They told me i was the 3rd customer this week was treated with poor customer service and rudeness .. they how ever offered $1,000 less on my truck then the truck i was lookin at in Crete with out even test driving 1 of their vehicles!! I still have not yet purchased a vehicle hoping to Monday or Tuesday!!
A bit disappointed I bought a truck from here with 60k miles the passenger door stopped closing within 24 hours and the part is pretty pricey. The 4 wheel drive went out 20 days later The A/C broke at 6 months I’m not convinced that they didn’t know about any of these issues. The door in the very least seems to have been temporarily fixed.
